This is as live as it gets. No edits, just a snippet of the Quality Sound Show from May 31st 2003. This show was pretty crazy because the studio was packed. My man SK held it down freestyling most of the night alongside MC Pranksta and the Grey Street Gangsta`s. Shit I even dropped a few bars. Must of been from all that smoke coming from the Grand AM. The file is less than 30 minutes so enjoy it.

Goin Way Back

Way back before Quality Sound there was another show called Upside Downside. Originally started by The Soul Choice Crew (AJ, Andy Capp, Rod Skimmons and my main man Shawn Larock).
